Hi Jon
Just sent you a PM.
cheers
Paul.
Yup, she was in guitar avenue... a long while ago...which i decided to pull at the time as I didn't want to sell in the end...Gary at guitaravenue is a very very good friend...so in answer to your question! For me...No he doesnt charge commision..oh and he often leaves great guitars up on his site that are no longer available..
Anyway, I re-listed her last month on here and she is now £2300 which I think is a great great price.
Sorry Guys....she is not a 1971 and I appologise if I have mislead anyone...I have just checked all needed for dating myself and she is a 1974...
This is strange as her colour must have been a special order in this year...
Her price is exactly the same though as I'm sure all you Gibson nuts will be aware, her period of 71-74 are valued the same as they are pre...crappy Gibbos and Post first year Deluxes..
Still £2300 which is a superb price..
Thanks and sorry...
what's a pre crappy Gibson ?
Are we going by Norlin era rules, ie Pancake body, 3 piece laminate neck with volute ?
I had a 75 natural deluxe, best Les Paul I ever owned - how I regret letting go of that one.
