There's a rockabilly band playing in the Golden Lion in Sydenham this friday night. No idea what the band is like, but I've always enjoyed live music there when I've tipped up on the off chance (decent beer, relaxed atmosphere, comfortably worn-around-the-edges feel to the place) so I figure it's worth a shot. If you happen to go there, I will be the member of the audience who looks like a slightly preoccupied Stan Laurel.
