id get the android version as well
I'd really like to see a more guided "today use this Ex at this tempo" element (a la the 10 min workout book). The user could tap a "move on/repeat tomorrow" option at the end of each session. Would make a useful enhancement I think (although I'll still use it as it is :) )
I'd be interested in an Android version too.
The app is supposed to remember the exercise you did last and the bpm you used, so that each time you go through the workout you can see what you did yesterday and the speed you did it at. (There is a red highlight around yesterdays exercise) You can then decide to do it again or move on.
We can add a message box to stay/move on at the end of each session but there is another way to use the app where you just randomly select something each day and so in that case the message box might be a bit meaningless because the next day you won't reference what you did the day before anyway.
Maybe we could add a setting that asks if you want to be prompted at the end of each lesson - this might help users get used to using the app and then they can switch it off when / if required.
Thanks - I'd not actually realised that and yes as you imply that does go a fair way to achieving the same thing - I just had a quick fiddle with it after doanloading.
I really liked the "don't think - just do" approach of the 10 Minute book - although others might not of course :D
