I'm not thinking anything yet. I haven't seen the evidence.

The SAS are told to freeze bodies and stick them through a woodchipper acording to Andy McNabb. Try sorting that out in a forensics lab...
They caught this guy after he tried that:

Yes. And convicted more than once.

This happened in my home town :(
Hydroflouric acid would be significantly better a frozen bodystill has lots of DNA to ID. Hydroflouric acid (if you have enough) should break that down enough to limit identification via such means. You just need to remember afterwards to get rid of the fillings and gall stones etc as those sorts of things can be used as an identifier.
Then of course you need to find a way to dispose of the the big bucket of goop you have left over... can't just pour it on the lawn as you'd have no lawn and the police might get suspiscious... I recomend dumping it at sea - the ocean is big enough that the meager amount you dump would dilute long before its a polutant and any "bits" will sink.
Of course then you need to procure many gallons of hydroflouric acid and a boat... which will be transactions that can be traced back to you...
The police it seems are quite clever at finding murderers
Why go to all that trouble.
I would think if you had a boat you could just take someone out to deep sea and chuck them over the side with a couple of rocks tied to them. The mafia prefered dropping people into the concrete foundations of buildings that's pretty tidy.
I must say a woodchipper sounds like a crap way of doing it as you splatter so much DNA about the place.
