Got a lovely Epi Valve Junior.

It started life as a V1 combo, but I installed the AlnicoMagnet mod kit and now it sounds absolutely brilliant (voiced like a Fender Champ).

Not sure about selling it because of the work I put in, but I'm receiving a Laney Cub 12R tomorrow and feel this may just sit gathering dust for a while, and I need the space.

What mods have been performed?

By the first owner:
-Upgraded the output transformer so it has 4, 8 and 16ohm outputs like the V3
-Tone knob, can't remember what values it's got there but it's a pretty good control, gives you a good range of tones.
-Line out jack, I'm not sure if it works though as I've never tried it
-Gain switch, works by bypassing a resistor (forget which) I believe. I never use it because it sounds quite harsh and can cause oscillations if it's up loud and the tone knob is set to the treble end of it's sweep.

By me:
- Triode/triode pentode switch
- Standby switch

I think that's it, I would check but it's at my home address and I'm in my uni house currently. I don't live too far away though so it won't be a problem for me to go home to post it for you if you'd like it
