Default Matchless King Cobra & 2x12 Cab

HEAD NOW SOLD. Matchless King Cobra. 35 watts of glorious Matchless tone. This amp is based on the EF86 channel of the DC30, the hotter of that amps 2 channels. It is powered by 2 EL34s (as apposed to 4 EL84's in the DC30). It also has reverb and valve driven tremolo, controlled via a footswitch. It is stupidly loud but benefits from having a push/pull master which means you can get some fantastic overdriven sounds at lower volumes. I currently have it valved with RFT EL34's (nos), Sylvannia 12AX7's (70's nos). Mullard EF86 (nos) and a Mullard GZ34(nos). The cab is the standard Matchless 2x12 with mismatched celestions. Both the head and cab are flight cased. One last point of interest is the head was originally owned by Matt Schofield. I have proof of this if required. I am looking for £2600. I would prefer the buyer to collect in person though would consider sending via a courier at the buyers expense. I am based in Gloucester. I would consider a P/X for a Blackstar Artisan 30 combo or maybe a DR Z Maz 38 preferably with reverb and 2x10 or 2x12.

Would you consider selling the cab seperately?

No, sorry. I don't need to sell either but the money would come in handy at the moment. If I sell the cab I could be left with an amp I can't use. I'll carry on using it if it doesn't sell. What a hardship that will be.

Would also consider a DR Z Maz 38 2x10 or 2x12 with reverb in part exchange.
