you'd have to do a Punk Floyd cover, that would shut her up.

Couple of great gigs on Friday and Saturday - weddings in Coventry and Liverpool.

Marred only by having to play a N*ck*lb*ck song for one of the first dances, it was made up for by a great atmosphere both nights.

We nearly always practice once a week for a three hour sesh. If we have a big gig coming up, we sometimes practice twice. Had a great gig on friday night at the Cockpit , Leeds, busy, good atmosphere, good performance all eound, apart from the drummer forgetting how a song started, which was a little embarrassing, luckily we laughed it off and got away with it!

Saturday's gig was OK, took a while to get them going but there was definately dancing going on in the second set.

Had a rehearsal with the blues rock band on Sunday morning ready for our first gig togther in a while. That was fun, but I'm having to adjust to the different way each of the bands play certain tracks, there's a couple of "which band am I in now....or that's right we end it this way" moments.

Well, the first one will be loose as a Wizard's sleeve, but by the end you'll be tight as a gnat's chuff*.

*Insert tightness simile of your choice here.

We had her at a gig once, in Wrotham (rhymes with scrotum...).

And a bloke in Margate. I was in a blues band at the time. Could have done "Seamus", I suppose...

we got a practice coming up soon as well, we try and do 3-4 a year whether we need it or not. (not joking)
Gonna be interesting this weekend , got gig with my band saturday night, nice and local, then Sunday 4-7pm in Seaton with a Rockabilly band (I`m on bass) then same day another gig with my band In West Coker, only 22.5 miles away, unfortunately thats as the crow flies,28 miles and its 45mins on average. So too many encores and I`m pushing it to set PA up, Gonna be tight, gotta start at 8:30
