Go round the Coast to El Medano and watch the kite surfers and windsurfers. Try the creperia and be delighted by the lack of Brits.

I was there over 20 years ago. They had husslers on the sidewalk for all the bars. It's the one place I can honestly say I've been thrown into lots of bars
Back at that time in history they didn't measure the spirits so if you asked for a G&T or vodka and coke but 'no ice' you got an inch of gin/vodka topped up with mixer.

Happy memories of staggering back to the hotel about 4:30am in the morning and meeting two young ladies who were just then going out for the night.

Great place and happy memories.

Was indeed a nice break - kids enjoyed (water park, volcano, orca's, etc)
