Rocktron All Access question

Can anyone help with this? My setup is a Mesa Triaxis and TC G Force. What I want to achieve is to have switches 1-10 as program changes for the Triaxis..and switches 11-15 as instant access switches to turn effects on/off on the G Force. This is working OK but when I turn on/off an effect on the G Force, each time I change patches on the Triaxis the effects go back to being off again. I know I can set it so that ALL effects come on OR go off with each patch change but what I want is for the effects switches to remain as they were after I change patches. I have 1-10 set as Per Preset and 11-15 as Global, Bank Mode and Bank By 10. Can anyone tell me If it is possible to get the result I am after?

Stupid question, but have you searched on Rocktron's user support and forums (or user-group forums) to find out if it's a known issue?

Yes, thanks anyway, I did contact Rocktron and they tell me it can't be done. Bit of a fault in the design I think. It's still a great product though.
