Default Question on cheap drum plug-in?

    Hi all,

I remember coming across a cheap drum VST plug in here a while back. It was on the roundup or review section.

It was about €30/£30 at the time. I cannot for the life of me find it or recall the name.

My plan being to record some lo fi stuff, and programme the drums, but not go full on with them. As it is just me recording , I would like to give the feel that it is not a full band playing, but have some percussion or beats.

I have use of an acoustic kit, can keep a basic beat, so will sample some acoustic sounds with some electro or plug in sounds as well.

If someone could recall the name, it would be great...........

Drummix is the only free/cheap drum VST I know of. The free 'MyDrumset' is now the Beta version and is very nice. Should be perfect.

Also check out the free trial version of Jamstix.

It's worth checking Audiomidi every so often: http://www.audiomidi.com/nobrainers.aspx

I got Stephen Slate drums for $20 in one of their No Brainer sales.
