What was up with the KoT? Just sent Martin a Pearl analogue delay to repair today
One of the footswitches became faulty. I replaced it myself and it was perfect for two hours, then a similar fault occurred again. I assumed the new switch was also faulty, so I removed it (with a lot of difficulty), but, when I connected a second new switch temporarily, the pedal still didn't work. That's when I contacted Martin. He replaced the switch but also found a broken resistor as well as a couple of other badly seated components which would have caused problems if they'd just been left. +1 for Martin. I have a Space Charge dist pedal of his - excellent btw - but had no manual, so I asked him to send me a pdf. He wrote back within a couple of minutes, and sent me by post the whole pedal pack - reviews, spec, list of upgrades as well as a personalised (the pedal has a 5751 upgrade and he tweaked the manual to refer) manual.
Recommended.
