I'll stick to plan a which is, avoid the one show, the news, breakfast telly or any 'topical' shows, anything with Phil tuffnel, Phillip schofield, Adrian chiles or Sue barker, basically comedy central, fx or scifi channels only. Oh and carry on not buying any newspapers and I think I'll scrape through
