You get miniature huskies and miniature pigs... so if someone isolated the gene for pigmy-manufacturing you could make AWESOME animals... miniature elephants would be cool.

Pigmy tigers might still be bitey... so perhaps you need to find the bitey genes and tone them down...

I could so make a fortune as some sort of pet-shop eugenicist ... all I need is a science lab, enough money to become a geneticist (I'm sure universities teach morally ambiguous stuff right?!) ... Ooh! Kickstarter!

    It's going on the list!

Ooh! I've got a lab coat somewhere, and I can wear my hair up high and tight with thick rimmed glasses, look like a proper evil scientist type lady...

This is an awesome idea with NO drawbacks - even failures could lead to some sort of zombie-tiger apocalypse which would be awesome!

So, which universities would best suit mad-scientist training?

This is madness! Did not Confucius say "Let not your tigers draw a spirally picture!" - well he probably said it in Chinese, but wise words... we all know what will happen, and such things are not to be trifled with!

Impressive for such a small cat... it looks quite bitey too.

But for silencing hecklers, there's no substitute for the real thing.

Tiger. Nothing else quite comes close.
