Do you know him? Yeah he used to be a frequent user of the old place but got banned for no reason. Why are you asking for him to be un-banned? I think he himself has approached admin.

Duh!!! I'm not with it today, there's an obvious clue in the name 'SKIP'. I actually saw the post count and recalled only reading you were banned a week or so ago so thought 'you' were someone else.
