    Default I made me a pedal :)

Inspired to do something musicy after today's Gearfest, I had another go at my fuzz factory type thing,

I need to box it up so I can play with the controls properly, but it's mental

    Precisely how mental?

Do small nearby animals literally explode as soon as you plug it in? That's how mad a fuzz should usually be Gearfest today was great though, certainly.
My name is Connor and I have a GAS problem.

I also have some videos of myself playing guitar. Here they are.

Vice grips on a bench otherwise used for fine soldering/assembly work is quite impressive .

If you are going to continue to dabble thus, tip:

Get some 25x25x~1mm ally angle and cut a series of ~9mm slots in it to take controls. Screw to bench.

Great idea on the ally angle Dave

and yeah, I love the vice grips, really handy for holding things in place whilst I'm working, without taking up loads of space like a vice would.

I quite like using them to hold connectors I'm soldering to. Sometimes that gives a better angle than a "proper" bench vice.

Wait, you had a Fuzz Factory? Why was I not informed of this earlier?

Would have had a go through that, yeah! Did you get much of a chance to have a go on my little Danelectro fuzz?
