New amp day!

Yipee!



It sounds quite ace. Very old school with the Jazz.

There is, however, a slight buzzing while playing - it's the speaker, not the amp itself - it disappears if I touch the speaker whilst ringing a note. I've never bought a brand new amp before, so could it be that it just needs breaking in? Or just tightening of screws or what have you. I'd rather not have to send it back as it seems like a very small problem.

As I am finding myself "born-again retro", that pic, with the bass, the amp, and even the curly cord, has rather got me going.
Shame about the buzzing... I'd be thinking about the screw tightening as an quick fix... then maybe think about taking it back. Maybe the screws holding the speaker into the baffle.

In any case, hope you enjoy the new amp!

Well, it had to be sent back (and production put on hold from what I understand)

Waiting to get the head and cab instead now!
