That's nice an' all, but assuming body fat percentages based on BMI is so illogical it's almost irresponsible. Last time I had a physical I had 14% body fat, which is well below the average (and I was almost a stone heavier at the time than I am now).

But I was the same at Easter, only now a bunch of that is fresh lean muscle and at easter it was largely fat... I'm WAY healthier than I was, whatever the bmi scale says
