BMI is useful for groups of people but useless for anyone who isn't of 'average build' .

Almost all of the Olympic competitors will be 'overweight' or 'obese'.
Jay Cutler (pro bodybuilder) would cut down to just being obese for competitions.

Skin fold caliber test is better for working out body fat.
Or just look in a mirror.
