Default "New" Gary Moore Live DVD coming soon!

Blues For Jimi - featuring, no prizes for guessing, a setlist of Hendrix tunes, with Mitch whassisface from the Experience on a few tracks too, I believe.

I would have posted a link, but I read about this on Blabbermouth, which always f*cks up my browser, so I haven't bothered.

Due out 24th Sept, recorded in 2007.

Nice to see some "new" Gary Moore live stuff coming out...and hopefully he breaks out the Strat on this one.

Would be good to hear some more of Gary. Saw him live the year before he died. Cracking set.

Indeed. Saw him that year too. Was genuinely shocked when the news of his death broke

    Miss him a lot ;(
Red House from The Strat Pack is just ridiculous! Would've loved to catch that gig live - anybody know what else he played that night?

Always been a huge Gary Moore fan especially the older stuff Colosseum II Back on the Strrets etc but this sounds horrendous ,Gary was never a blues player or a Hendrix clone, just a pure and simple rocker with jazz influences from his time with Don Airey , I for one will avoid at all costs

    Anyone else got this yet?

Watched it last night, really enjoyed seeing Moore play a gig with almost exclusively Strats..Really nailed a lot of Jimi's licks, albeit with Gary's usual overplaying in places RIP Gary.

Got it yesterday and had a quick watch last night. Thought Gary did a really good job and on some parts put his own mark rather than just copying Jimi exactly. I enjoyed it and will have a few more watches over the next week,
