Insurance for Learner Drivers

My useless insurance provider won't let me add a learner to my policy because they've had a provisional licence for more than 2 years (even though they haven't been learning all that time).

Anyone know any decent providers of learner insurance as they all seem crazily expensive?

Can't guarantee they'll be able to help but when I was a driving instructor I had my insurance through Barry Grainger Insurance. It was only about £450 /year for fully comp, any provisional driver etc.

I'd imagine they can get some cover to suit your needs.
