I've been thinking about reverbs. How do you decide what reverb to use on what sounds? Is there a general rule of thumb with room to manoeuvre? Or is it just one of those 'do it til it sounds good thingys?

It's been written for a while, so if there's anything I can do to improve it - I'd be happy to hear it!
No worries - Once my PhD is finished I'll probably start to write a music production book (with videos) as an online hobby.
