If you were driving along a dual carriageway, 40mph limit, and you came up to a line of cars behind a hearse and two funeral limos in the left hand lane and they were going abour 20mph, would you overtake them assuming it is safe to do so?

I'd probably slow a little to pay respect - but only a little, after all unless I was going to a funeral it would be unlikely that I'd know them, and if we all slowed to 20mph then we risk causing congestion that could potentially prevent members of the emergency services getting where they're going, or an expecting family rushing to a maternity ward.... or worse an ice cream van!

Having been in the back of a funeral limo I didn't care or notice what other road users were doing. If they've got their own business to attend to then they can overtake if its safe.
