    You still looking for people?
May well be up for this, just need to double check the dates but should be ok.

A few of my mates are playing that festival too so could be a laugh!

Right, Im the drummer - my usual guitarist and bassist, the back ups, and now the back up back ups have all let us down!!

A mate of mine has a show on October the 26th, He is a rapper/producer and up until now has been doing live shows with a DJ.

The show coming up requires a full band, so I am putting one together, I am wondering if you would be interested in playing some bass or guitar? Its mainly hip hop/ drum & bass type stuff.

Basically its a one off show, so we would need to do some rehearsals to get it all together, but that's about it really!
Rehearsals will be in North West London or Hertfordshire.

Its quite a good opportunity to play a decent gig, see below for all the details:

    All details:

    Gig - 26/10/12

    http://www.relentlessfreeze.com/index.php
Main Stage Performance time - 16.45-17.15
    Arrival time - 14.45

Fee - £30.00 per performer (approx)

    Artist Website

    Music Examples:

    The Recipe
    Break This Game
    T in The Park Highlights

We need people with a good look, good vibe, their own pro equipment and transport. If all goes well, then potentially there will be other gigs in the future.
We will need to get videos or sound samples of you and what you can do.... If you happen to know a bass player you get on with, or vice-versa, then all the better
    Under 30s preferred.

hmm. i play groove basslines, reggea/dub & hard funk, had album offers from major US hiphop labels & played support to major hiphop artists b4 etc.

Most interestingly tho, Battersea power station is just the other side of the river from me 500 yards away. Rather auspicious doncha think?

    lemme check the music now.

Ok, the basslines are rather pedestrian it has to be said. Can they be spiced up wiv some p-funk etc style to avoid me dying of boredom?

    the money is irrelevent btw.

image? me (on the left) 2 years ago at the 12-bar when i was with a band. I'm over 30 tho.

there's only one thing tho Jazzy. we haven't got on much on this forum if i recall, can you be professional where work is involved?

swap one session for another maybe? you do them a favour i do you one?
