Starvation. Y'know I have had it with all these people starving in the world. My whole life, every year without fail, skeletal faces pushed at me by the meedja. Obviously it is a complex issue and I do not pretend to understand it, but quite clearly giving money to Oxfam and Bob Geldof doesn't work. Is starvation the Earth's way of saying "Don't live here ?" Or is it saying "Actually colonialism was not all bad, and the West should establish protectorates in the areas affected ?" Or is it saying "The United Nations should feed every one, no matter how many, wherever they are ?" Or what ?

I think it's most likely the "or what" option. In fact, whole fucking libraries have been written largely on the "or what" option.
None of you seem to understand; I'm not locked in here with you, you'll all locked in here with me.

Well, to be fair I am primarily thinking of my own comfort. I want to sing songs of love, beauty, truth, sex, lust and existential angst, but can't concentrate with all this starvation going on A knighthood would do, so's I can talk to Sir Bob on a level playing field and he won't just dismiss me as a "woight, middle-clarse fock wid his cock oop his own arse."

The woman who sat behind me on the train back from work yesterday.

In the space of a half-hour journey, she made at least six or seven phone-calls (all of which she initiated, I think I am right in saying - wasn't even as if she was being phoned). She spent the WHOLE time gibbering loudly in an irritating nasal Cockney voice about losing a pair of fucking shoes in a restaurant, and her marriage problems, and her friends' marriage problems, among other things. This took place on a quiet train, in which it is likely that almost all the other passengers were able to hear every word of the bollocks coming out of her mouth.

Especially me, because I was sitting in the seat in front of her.

I had my iPod on btw, and I had the volume up a fair old way on the earphones, but I could still hear every word of the irrelevant shite that she saw fit to inflict on the whole carriage. Not even "Funeralopolis" by Electric Wizard would drown the awful woman out.

To sum up - if you use a quiet carriage on a train to talk loudly on your phone about personal issues that no-one gives the slightest semblance of a fuck about apart from you, you are evil and I hate you with every fibre of my black little heart.
My name is Connor and I have a GAS problem.

I also have some videos of myself playing guitar. Here they are.

    Oh, Em, Gee.

The noise from the girls after our gig last night. A special kind of South London/Kent CACKLE presumably evolved over the generations specifically to strip paint from walls, and the will to live from mild mannered guitarists at 1am...

    Angry Journey

The over-use of the word journey, and there are offenders on this forum. Unless you're talking about travel , I do not want to hear it. It is x-factor loser cobblers.

Journey Noun: An act of traveling from one place to another.

What the f is an "amplifier journey"? Did you ride the amplifier down the street in a skateboard type fashion? I want to know what fuel it runs on?

If you start using the word journey like that, you are in the land of "pro-active", "blue sky thinking", and "value-added".

I'm off to play Tony Hawk's Pro Amplifier HD.
