If she offers you the "prawn ring" then back away slowly without breaking eye contact. And if all else fails stay perfectly still as her vision is based on movement.

I visited an 'attraction' last week and attempted to buy a family ticket to cover me and my 3 children (my family). But was told that the family ticket covers 2 adults and 2 children. I mentioned that there were only 4 of us, just not in the ratio they stipulated, they weren't having any of it. I then suggested I would class my 12 year old as an adult to take advantage of the reduced price, they weren't having that either.

So, I had to pay for us all seperately, which was £6 more than the family ticket. Not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things, but it did boil my whatsits, so thought I'd post here and have a moan!

    Thanks

"Recruitment consultants" that don't read your cv before ringing you up to ask a lot of silly questions to which they'd have the answers if they read your cv first.

I got a call from a recruiter the other day. Had the usual get-to-know-you conversation, got to salary and asked what I was after. I said "between £x and £y please", at which point he told me he had something at £x minus 10k. Not impressed..

Come to think of it, just "recruitment consultants".
