I've done it before and do it soley to wake them out of their coma so that they don't kill them self or others - it usually works, you see them indicate and move into the left hand lane quickly afterwards as they realise they aren't on their couch but in the middle lane of the M fvcking 1.

I do a lot of mway driving now and of all driving transgressors it is the middle lane hoggers I am beginning to despise the most. They create huge congestion problems, sometimes going back a long long way behind them, and therefore they slow my journey down, sometime quite significantly, time and time again. They are therefore, selfishly, spending my life for me and I am beginning to get seriously irritated by it. Not averse to waking them up in this fashion when it can be done with a minumum of knobbery...

im not really bothered about my knobbery levels because it is a different and vastly preferable variety of knobbery to lane hogging - i might cause a dreadful pileup that kills a busload of big-eyed children - they will (and already have) got in someones way when they didnt need to

FWIW I don't mind if the full stops are omitted from such abbreviations. If that makes someone think my grammar is somewhat lacking, that's OK. It's the least of my grammatical problems - although I do try to be accurate in my use of it.

That's cool, I didn't realise one only has to apply grammatical rules if one minds... I shall bear that in mind for the future
