Egnater Detroit 5
Has anyone heard anything about this one recently? Last official word I heard was back in April, looks neat though;

So this was mentioned again on Premier Guitar earlier, pricing rumoured to be about $400, not sure if that's street or retail though!

can't do youtube from here but had a quick read on the gearpages as someone there seems to have had ( brief) hands on experience at NAMM.
Prices about 3/4 of the equivalent Tweaker models - looks like there is a whole Detroit range in the works, 25 watts seem to be next.
I think Bruce E is from Detroit, hence the series name.
Guess its their no nonsense, price conscious series. The emulated out perhaps being its selling point compared to some of the other things on the market ( H and K excepted).
Back to boring black boxes though.

I've been watching news of these with growing interest as well. I'm hoping they're out for Christmas as I'll be in the states and would love to have a blast in guitar center if they have them in. If its as good as I hope I'll have one back on the plane with me
November release I believe (via a Facebook feed, although I can't recall if that was from Egnater or one of the online mag types).
