    Default Do me a favour?

If any one has an XP PC using IE8 will they got to www.maplin.co.uk click on any product then click to see if it is in stock at their local store please?

Neither of my XP IE8 machines will do it now but my W7/64 laptop works fine. Trouble is I am on this P4 most of the time.

Because it works, I am used to it. I know various other browsers are extant but I do see the odd post now and agin of something they don't do or do wrongly. I do not see any problems posted about IE except from people who have a different browser! (the mac mentality if you will!).

I am also a PC numpty big time. I get enough trouble from time to time with the systems I know (a bit!) and understand (ha!) ......I am ALSO an awkward sod! Bloody Chrome is foisted, finnagled and slid into download managers and the like all over the shop! Well they can piss off! ANY company that has to resort to such underhand tactics to "sell" their products does NOT get my patrionage!

Cheers Ian. Now I know it not just my two XP PCs I have emailed Sara at Maps back and asked her to poke their web techs with a sharp stick.
