This situation gets ever more bizarre
I had to nip out this morning as my emergency stock of kibbles for the cats had been opened so needed replacing, and while I was out I got the chance to have a word with the next best thing to a eye witness to the whole thing.
She works in a nearby shop and was on her way to the Sainsbury's checkout when she passed me at the pet food section and thought I looked a bit confused. The tills are only a few feet away so she (thankfully) decided to keep an eye on me and seemingly I turned round. leaned my back against the shelves then my eyes rolled back and I started to slump.
She had time to get to me and guide me to the floor to make sure I didn't bang my head on the way down, then went for help. By the time she'd alerted staff and they'd returned, what I'd been hoping was just the leg spasms of my neuro disorder giving the impression of a fit, wasn't, this was a full blown fit.
I've asked if it would be possible for her to accompany me to see the neurologist when I go on the 23rd as he requested a eye witness if at all possible, tho' I can't see her boss agreeing somehow. Failing that I've asked her to write down everything she can remember seeing in sequence, which should be of some help.
I was coughing blood and when the ambulance crew arrived and tried to open my mouth to check for a bite injury, my jaws were locked solid and just couldn't be opened. It was only when they administered oxygen that I came round, with a mouthful of, shall I say *industrial language* at being kept on the floor
Considering I didn't actually hit the anything with any great force, just how the hell I managed to damage my shoulder like this is utterly beyond me. The arm is getting better slowly with more movement each day, but still a long way from being any real use as the muscles are still much to painful. The bruising tho' is amazing, from shoulder to wrist is just a mass of the most vivid bruises I've ever seen.
