Recently, I've been putting up video tutorials on youtube that cover some methods of making modern EDM bass sounds that people like. Here are the four that are up now. They cover a particular resampling idea using Harmor in FL, FM synthesis bass using Sytrus in FL, and vocoder bass sounds using Vocodex in FL. Obviously I favor FL as a DAW, however, (with the exception of the Harmor stuff) all of these ideas can be translated into usage in other similar plugins or DAWs :] I hope you find these useful.
