    Default semi wanted update

Thought I'd report in on my quest for 335 a like that sparked a flurry of activity 2 weeks ago.
Just got her home from the Git shop where I had:
    New Tusq nut.
All new 50's style rewire with quality US pots and switch etc-Thanks to Shugz great gear and service mate thanks a lot.
New Mojo PAFs -thanks Marc also great service.
    set up fret dress etc.
So what's it like? Well to my untrained ear it sounds150% better. When put through a micro terror in the shop (i think I may also have to sneak one of those past the current wife also) it sounded beautiful.

I am well chuffed as with all that little lot I still came in under 500 squids.

I had a lot of interesting offers and advice from you lot so thank you v much. One thing I have found out is that if you bid on the "bay you have to stick by it or lose postive feedback....Never mind I would probably have gone a little upmarket (peerless etc) but honestly the MIK dot is completely fit for purpose and above all excellent value.

    Scrins.

    Hi Shane,

Glad you got the loom fitted and it's working well for you, great stuff

Appreciate the deal on the ES loom and hope that and the guitar in general give you a lot of good tones now and in the future.

    Cheers and thanks again,
    Hugh
