I have a couple of high output (normal) single coil options:

Seymour Duncan SSL 6 / Custom flat - Alnico V rods - and described by SD as giving "beefed up strat tones".
Comes in the original box - full length connecting wires and 13k Ohms DC resistance.

Seymour Duncan SSL 3 / Hot - Alnico V rods - and described by SD as "mucho output - mucho tone" ! (no box - connecting wires 140mm long - 16.4k Ohms DC resistance).

No pickup cover with either I'm afraid - just like like arrive from SD.!
