Want to change my address

Hi.

I want to change my delivery address for my Rhythm magazine but couldn't sign in as it's been a long time and I have now moved house.

Can someone please tell me how I can go about doing this as it doesn't recognise my email address so I had to re-register so that I could sign in to post on this forum.
