Digidesign 002 Firewire Recording Interface - £175
This is the rack based Protools interface like this one:
I bought it for use with Protools and I still have PT6.4 disks that go with it. This interface can also be used with any other program i.e Reaper, Logic, Cubase etc.
The interface can record 18 tracks simultaneously via 4 mic pre's, 4 line level inputs, 8 tracks through the adat/optical cable and a further 2 through spdif.
Has full midi support and outputs for running multiple stereo monitoring and headphone mixes.
