Well, the offer's there ... I might chuck in a dodgy old neck too ... and a pickup cover.

The TPO is now safely in the hands of Monquixote, who's taking off to his gig this evening, so it survived it's evening in front of the fire. It's an interesting guitar, has a certain basic sound to it, and - obviously - a unique appearance.

It struck me, stood in the pub last night talking to McToot, that although the skilled workforce at Jooky created it and most generously donated it to the cause, Jules is probably spending more time and energy in making sure that it gets around the country safely - thanks McToot!

Sorry, couldn't read the rest of that - laughing too much...

Though now I've be-calmed, you are quite right - Jools is a superstar and this wouldn't have got beyond Bristol without him. Cheers M'dears

Any idea when TPO will be headed up North?
Light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until they make a noise.

    Phew!

    Back from this evenings gig.

Was a private function so didn't get too much chance to get photos of the TPO in action, but I got a couple at sound check I will post on here.

Cheers for dropping it off Tony. Always a pleasure to see you.

Bit late to the party I know but if it's still in East Anglia I might be able to help. I'm in Harwich, Essex and would be happy to travel an hour or so. Could get it to Chelmsford, Lakeside, Bluewater etc. I sometimes travel into Suffolk so Ipswich, Stowmarket etc in that direction.

    Cheers

back in the country now, sorry for the delayed responses & contact guys,

MR Monquixote, not sure what the plan is now but I can meet any evening etc this week and then move the little beauty along the chain in the same manner if still needed?

If plans have now been made without myself, completely understand but still happy to help out if i can in any way
    cheers guys

Thanks for the good vibes guys. I'd like to have been a bit more gung-ho about it, but work and other dreary things have somewhat got in the way. I'm rather worried it won't make it as far away as I had hoped, but for now let's push it on a bit.

Glad to hear you're back from cold and grey Thailand Trotter. You must be chuffed to bits to be back in Balmy East Anglia.

Monquixote has got it at the moment and the basic idea (my ideas always are) is to get it to you and then somehow back to Stickyfiddle in East London - he can kick off the London chain. If Longtallronnie can be part of that then so much the better, but my knowledge of the Anglias is guff so I'm not sure whether this would work. In case the return to London leg is really tricky, TTony over in Suffolk can bring it back into town with him on one of his unfeasibly early City-bound commutes.

Might that be do-able? Can I leave you Easteners to find a way of getting it back to London? We probably ought to pick up the pace - it's an awful long way to DiscoStu, who I think is so far North in Scotland that Norway people speak Norwegian.
Somewhere, somehow, somebody must've kicked you around some

I don't know where MQ is exactly, but I can definitely get to Lakeside if it comes to me via LongTallRonnie, or head north for a pickup from MQ. Let me know chaps!
