I'm guessing there's just a problem with his travel visa. You know what US immigration can be like if you turn up with the wrong paperwork.

Why they didn't just stick the hateful **** on a plane years ago, is beyond me! What's the European Court, and all the other bleeding hearts, going to do? Too late, cunts - he's gone - get over it! And all the fucking money it's cost..

its pretty obvious that the law should only be used to protect "people like me" and punish "people different from me" - i cant think of any good reasons why that isnt in the constitution - in fact it probably is - ill check
What's obviously happened is he ticked the box that said 'Have You Ever Conspired To Overthrow The US Government?' on the little green visa waiver form you get on the plane.
