Have you tried forumite Rob at Kabl. Might be something he does.

If not I may have the components in a used condition to knock up when I have the time to seek them out.

Thanks for the headsup! after further research I'm thinking about trying to find a tech to just put an jack on the end of the speaker and fit a socket into the amp....

Unless I am missing something that cable assembly looks like an unecessarily complex kludge?

Note also that Celestion speaker tags are NOT standard 6mm (1/4") but 5mm and 6mm will be a very loose fit.
