Down - Down IV Part I: The Purple EP (trips off the tongue, don't it?) Not strictly an LP but as close as we'll get from them for a while...Seeing them soon. Girly excitement levels already

John Mayer - Born And Raised. Not the album I wanted him to make, but damn fine all the same.

Maximo Park - The National Health

Driving Towards Daylight - Joe Bonamassa

Therapy? - A Brief Crack of Light

possibly the ZZ Top one too but I only got it today and apart from the four songs that were on the EP, I haven't listened to it yet

    Gaslight Anthem - Handwritten
The Wallflowers - Glad All Over

Those are the only releases from this year that I've bought.

Both are good records, although the Gaslight Anthem have lost some of their grittiness in this record.
Fender 1997 California Series Strat, Fender CP 50s Strat, Fender 50th Anniversary MIJ '52 Tele, Fender Std Tele (being refinished)
All through a VOX VT20+, stomp boxes = redundant.

The only records released this year which I've purchased are

    Michael Landau 'Organic Instrumentals'
    Renegde Creation 'Bullet'
    Incubus 'HQ Live'

Enjoyed them all but I'm really looking forward to the new Soundgarden album coming out next month. I'm praying it's not a disappointment.

Aerosmith seems to be taking the lead as #1 for 2012. It's competing very, very hotly against The Darkness though...
