you know that the songs in the poll aren't the same ones as in the link?

That Americana thing sits well with me and I can recognise shades of the Civil Wars and the Mother Truckers and even Brad Paisley ( spoof surf songs style) but it seems very close to parody at times and I'm not quite sure if its meant to be or not.The diversity is good in some ways but there is a lack of identity to the band's sound as a result.

HEY there...this is Sunshine from Sunshine N Thunder Band. .... Yes...well in reference to what you were saying, ... I and my husband both right songs... so because my personality and his personality are unique in there own right.. we both come up with SEVERAL types of sounds in our songs. It JUST happens that way. So THAT IS our sound. The Variety of diversity IS just a part of our resulting music, songs, and genre. You JUST NEVER KNOW...just WHAT we might come up with. So... all I KNOW...LOL...is that we LOVE what we do, and we have lots of fun doing it, writing and creating songs, music, genre sounds, just being creative and having LOTS OF FUN... If you can't enjoy yourself in music and writing and being creative what is it all worth? But...YOU KNOW WHAT... what makes the world go around... ? We ALL DO... well, ultimately it is GOD who makes the world go around, but YOU know what I mean. LOL. Well I really appreciate the comment and the thought processes that have been posted in reply to my posting here. Actually in reality, ... I guess you could say that our DIVERSITY.. IS or IS PART OF our Identity!!! SMILES smiles...... I for one, really do sooooooo enjoy songwriting, and making & creating music. Thanks ... your wonderful for taking the time to share. God Bless!!!
