Default anyone tell me info on this acoustic? (ATOS)

I got this acoustic on ebay for the pricey sum of £30. The seller didnt tell mne much as he wasnt a guitar player and poicked it up in china while travelling there. I have tried to research on the internet and found nothing at all, they do have an official website but its in chinese and for some reason google translator isnt working on it.

Its a Atos for LTD model number DNL-41C but then has FNL-40C stamped in the block space of the cert in the sound hole and says its top is made of nato and back and sides linden.

Its a lovely sounding acoustic with a really nice neck just needs a string change.

anyone have any info at all and what do you reckon the value to be? not that im selling just be nice to know how much of a bargain i got.

no real idea and never heard of them, but assuming the top is solid (the back and sides probably wont me) looking at the labelling etc comparing that to "similar" Its got to be £80/£100 I guess.

If the top isnt solid, then £50/£60

what tuners are on it ?

the only other 'artwood' guitars I know of are Ibanez, so there is a chance it might have come out of the same factory where 1001 makes of guitar are made.

For £30 it's really impossible to go wrong unless it has some sort of structural fault that makes it unplayable. The machineheads alone would cost the best part of that at retail here.

It's also nice to see someone (anyone...) making a cutaway acoustic that isn't also an electro, with the ubiquitous shit-sounding pickup/preamp systems that they all seem to have. Very rare.

You can always fit your own pickup of choice if you want later. Put a good soundhole pickup in it and you'll have something that sounds as good as one many times the price, and you keep the pickup if you ever upgrade the guitar.

    +1 in buckets

at the end of the day, it gets dark..........no seriously - if its a player, and sounds OK - at that price its a WINNER in my book - would make a great 'beater' - wish Id seen it, would have been ideal to keep in the caravan

That's the same headstock as on the Fernandes Monterrey, and here, Linden is an older name for Lime.
