Default The Journeying Jooky Relay - IS GO! GO! GO!

Good fellers of the forum. News from Mrerikryman at Jooky HQ in deepest darkest Portishead has reached me. The Tickled Pink One IS NOW ON ITS WAY.

I have amended the sticky to show where it is/has been and I still have the google map to show (sort of) all the places it might visit, based on the information given to me by the generous volunteers to date. I think only I can add and move pins on this, which is a pain...

The rough idea to start with is a short tour of the South West (Dilbert, Guitarcookie1, Dean2371 - that's you guys), before heading down a bit (Maltingsaudio, Koneguitaris). After that there's a bit of an issue - we need to get it across Dorset, Hants, Surrey to the Sussex area, from where it will go North...

Anyone? Travisthedog - you up for it? Hampshire? Surrey? Maybe Wiltshire? Berkshire?

Remember, the point of this is to raise cash for a reet good cause. You can do that here.

A tenner (suggested) or more gets you some up close and personal time with the Tickled Pink One. All we need thereafter is for you to get it to the next person (or agree a meet).

    Simples.

To get this up to the Fens, the Midlands, the North and Scotland and back will be a challenge - there are some big gaps in the map. But I'll keep plugging away. It hasn't even begun and already it's raised £160, which is fab...

Go on go on go on....

    Nice one.

Don't forget that I work in Banbury. If I knew how I'd add a pin there (I'm viewing it on my phone right now).

If someone can get it towards me there then I can get it up to the midlands. Would need to be weekday daytimes though.

Can't believe I'm the only Tractor Boy on the list.

Maybe it's because we still find these electrified lutes a bit futuristic and scary.

I'll add that. I'm guessing because of this comment and a couple below that only I can move the pins? Bugger, wasn't counting on that...

Yep, as far as I can tell you're in Norway. After watching Lillyhammer last night, I'm determined to get the Tickled Pink One to you - even if I have to get an SAS flight to get it back...

Sorry - not sure. I thought it was just a case of click and drag, but maybe only I can do that - ping me a pm or put your exactish location here and I'll handle it.

Only as scary as we find you and your brethren To get to my late grandmother in law's house, I used to have to pass through Brandon in Suffolk. Gives me the shudders just thinking about it.

Let me know next time you are in the area and I'll chase your magic wheeled box with my pitchfork.

In the scheme of things not far off, I'll go with close enough for jazz and , actually, pretty much near where I work sometimes.

I can't get the flag to drag.

Dude, Duderino, my good man. What on earth does all that mean? The black country vernacular has really changed since I last checked...
