Granadillo is another name for Cocobolo. Which if the Cocobolo fretboard on my Nathan Sheppardis anything to go by is a dramatic improvement on baked Maple and Indian Rosewood. It is a genuine Rosewood species (Dalbergia Retusa) as opposed to a lot of woods (Sapalele being the most common) that get passed off as Rosewood.
