    Quite.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

Oh don't get me wrong, I like a good natural finish as much as the next man and also lighter bursts, but There is something abut the ubiquitous cherry burst that doesn't quite agree with me. Having said that, I certainly wouldn't turn one down if the price was right...

There are very few finishes out there that NOBODY likes. I actually kinda like these, and would definitely suit a certain 'image' (Matt Bellamy?). But out of a good 8 or 9 shop studios I've tried, only 1 of them was good (though admittedly, one of the finest guitars I've ever played). Gibson QC seems a bit hit and miss. Maybe with these new ones, they'll fix that, because they could be brilliant guitars!

They still look much nicer than the nasty old brown studio (forget the name of the colour...No offense to anyone who owns one!)

Can I suggest Gibson Les Paul finish "gecko burst"?

Looks like something a Bob Marley tribute guitarist should play... It doesn't look too bad to be honest.

Unlike the green guitar in the OP... Jesus that's ugly.

    I vastly prefer Iguana Burst:

My name is Connor and I have a GAS problem.

I also have some videos of myself playing guitar. Here they are.

I like green guitars, even the flame looks nice on that one.

Gibson famously have a messed up price/quality ratio, to the extent where a lot of people believe they're better off going with the better Epiphone instruments as at least they have more consistent quality and are cheaper/easier to replace. Plus a lot of Gibsons have bad stock pickups.I really don't like the idea of buying a guitar just to upgrade it - if I was doing that, I'd get a Squier or Epiphone, but even then there's some I wouldn't touch.

Yes, there is something quite pleasing about green guitars
