Default I appear to be haunted

Last night I was re-arranging my pedal board and this happened (it got louder the nearer the guitar got to my PC monitor)

WTF and why / how ? is the guitar working as some sort of aerial & why did it pick a slide blues player out of all things and not some pop tart?

I used to occasionally get a French Algerian radio station through mine, but only with the Squier through my old Dunlop Wah. It's Mojo fairies, and nothing to be at all concerned about, quite normal. Carry on

edit: yeppers, guitar > FX > amp is working as a receiver. Why the slide player? Like I said, Mojo fairies!

Light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until they make a noise.

Do you have a wah? The L-C-R circuit of a typical wah is not dissimilar to the tuning circuit of a radio receiver.

I had an old AC30 which was fine until I borrowed a friend's Crybaby, on some nights I got Radio 4, clear as a bell. AC30s of course, are very refined amps.

Got a wah but in this instance it was guitar - fuzz - amp (the wah wasn't plugged in the signal chain)
