    Smile Guitar Guitar...Get my vote!!

Ordered a amp from Guitar Guitar online got email seconds later to say amp would be dispatched next day(which it was)...then another email to say what time it would be delivered (dead on time)...all well and good unpacked amp only no power cable for amp...so email Guitar Guitar customer support service...they reply in next hour to apologise for lack of cable and will dispatch one next day..(which arrived on time)...

Never ordered from these guys before but if they can handle a problem that quickly with polite and efficient Customer Service then they get my vote!!!

They are very good indeed. I've bought a few pedals, a pedalboard and my Telecaster from them. Had a QC issue with the Tele but they were really helpfull and sorted a replacement for the next day.

A customer services team that actual phone you back when they say they will is a rarity.

Andertons are also on a par. Again the couriers and tracking info you get it top class.

    Had a similar thing.

Bought a CAE Wah which was damaged.

The guy who I spoke to seemed genuinely concerned they had sent out something duff and got a courier to give me a new one and take the old one the next day.

    Very good service.

So basically, everything they send out is knackered, but they always sort it out nicely afterwards..

    Conflict reveals character.

I'm sure a lot of people get on just fine with Watford Valves provided nothing goes wrong with the order.

Yeah I bought my Riot pedal off them, helpful but not pushy.

Id sooner get on a train and go there than Denmark Street now, Im actually visiting Denmark St for the purpose of comedy rather than to check out gear.

Lol. Funny thing. I've bought my Egnater Tweaker 88 from them recently, which they sell at the lower price than the rest. As soon as it arrived I've noticed that it was a floor model with some scratches and dust on it as well as the wrong manual (Tweaker 15). But I dunn give a bird. I am buying a new enclosure for it anyway to match my blue cab. Other than that - everything as advertised.
