The second song in particular sounded like something she probably could have done in the studio first thing in the morning, but not in a gig because it was way too low for her.
The band had all been dressed up and given matching instruments, but looked a bit bored with the whole thing and she was doing that really cliche thing female singer songwriters seem to have to do where she had a floor tom to aimlessly flail at.
They looked ridiculous.
She did a song a few years back and the video played on the Elvis Comeback Special image a little. Thought it was a cheap shot, but I suppose she feels if anyone has the right to use her dad's trademark image then it's her.
Saw her on the tuesday show.Seemed more notable for a nice swampy tremolo guitar sound than anything else. Although, TBH, I didn't like anything that much on the show.
