IIRC its along the lines of the zoom 505 mk 2 that came out a long while ago. The new zoom is better sounding but is supposed to be a bitch to program (I know the G2 is - tried it in the shop a couple of times)

There were at least one Aria unit of this description mid 80s too.This was back when Aria effects were made in Japan and were decent. Pretty good and not popular, so rarely go for silly money. You don't see them often though.

80s Japanese Aria effects are generally very under-rated things.

Some of the old Aria stuff sounded great. I had the Ultra Metal (my first ever stomper) and it made my old Hondo strat copy sound great!

If only I hadn't ruined it by trying to use the 9v adapter from a Nintendo NES with it!

You know - not a digital multi-fx, but a single pedal with a few nice analogue pedals kind of incorporated into it. I know the pros get these things made for them, but I was wondering if anyone made an off-the-peg one, so to speak...was there not some Carl Martin unit a while back?
