Actually a surprisingly low starting price for such an iconic piece of musical history, especially as it's clearly being sold by the man himself! I still can't afford it though - nor justify it, since whenever I try to play a mandolin it sounds exactly the same whatever I do on it. One of those things you either get or don't, I suspect.
