New members unable to register

Hi can i get some help from a moderator?
a mate of mine has tried to register but cant.
The link for registration on the forum points to http://forum.musicradar.com/register.php but that gets redirected to http://www.musicradar.com/#/register there doesnt seem to be any link on that page for signing up

Any help would be appreciated
