All of you who think they can't sing...Phoooooooooy, ........you've never heard me! ...even the Tone deaf would struggle listening to me, that's why I play instrumentals, or get my wife to sing ,she has got a wonderful voice, but too shy to sing in public, its a pity really.
I doubt, therefore I might be!

Bank robber by the clash (there's probably quiet a few clash numbers that fit the bill)
10-15 Saturday night by the Cure (again quite a few early cure, primary is another I like to play but a little obscure for some).
    Enjoy the silence depeche mode.
Just a few I do and I'm pretty crap really but I get by with these.

Some nice suggestions, currently I'm liking:

Steve Harley - "Come up and see me (make me smile)"
    Bowie - Space oddity
    Iggy Pop - "The Passenger"
Depeche Mode - Enjoy the silence
    Pearl Jam - Jeremy

    Dobie Gray "Drift Away"

One of those songs that everyone knows, even if they don't know they know it....and a great sing-along/stum

I play both the Steve Harley one (have you noticed that the chord progression Come Up And See Me, is almost identicle to ' They don't Know about Us' Kirsty McCall, Tracy Ullman version ?) and Bowies Space oddity , but neither of them improve my vocals any lol.
